2013

TOP EVENT

 March 22, 2013: I married my sweetheart.

Our wedding day blows every other day out of the water.
This year was our year, and will forever remain our favorite year!

BIRTHDAYS

March 2: I turned 24.

Scott surprised me with a day of snowmobiling 10,800 ft. high up in the Park City mountains.
This was my first time, and it was amazing!

October 6: Scott turned 25.

I managed to pull of my very first surprise birthday party... with the help of my mom & brother! First, I surprised Scott with the new FIFA Xbox game. While he and my brother, Caleb, were playing downstairs, I set up for the party and had all of his friends hanging out upstairs getting ready. (I made sure Caleb turned the volume up on the TV realllllly loud :))
Scott was in complete shock & it turned out way better than I planned.
FYI: not planning on throwing another surprise party anytime soon... wayyy to much stress!

MISSIONS

Scott's brother, Ryan, got called to serve a mission in Sofia, Bulgaria.

My brother, Chase, got called to serve in Eugene, Oregon.

Ryan left a couple weeks to the MTC before Chase. When we dropped Chase off at the MTC, we were able to see Ryan again because he was Chase's escort! It was amazing to see our little brothers, Ryan and Chase, walk into the MTC together and start their missions. They are such strong examples to our families.

WORK & SCHOOL

I helped the Orem University H&M open in September!
It was such a cool experience... and an even busier store. (insert headache)

Scott finished his last attended class at BYU!!!
He has two more online classes before he graduates and walks in April.
I am more than ready for him to be done with school...

Dear Husband...

Dear 15 yr. old me,

THANK YOU for writing a letter to your future husband. It made for lots of laughs.

^^^

Scott & I were going through my memory box this weekend, and we happened to find a letter that I wrote to my 'future husband.' I remember exactly when I wrote this. I was working at the Fox Hollow Golf Course... my friends & I were obviously not entertained with our job that day so of course we wrote a letter to our future husbands.  (??? yeah, I don't know)

"Dear Husband.. whoever you are... consider yourself lucky enough to have this note that I so kindly wrote you. Well I already know you're an amazing man. You're obviously a very attractive man, with an amazing body... mine to claim, mine forever. Basically every day of our lives is going to be a blast. You are going to be a very humorous kid (I mean man) that will always make me laugh. Our stomachs will basically hurt all the time because of this. You will have amazing eyes and a gorgeous smile. You might want to say thank you to me right now for all these compliments...and while we're at it, you're welcome. We will have dates once a week at least. We will also travel the whole world. You're going to be a weird guy, because I'm weird. You're going to be athletic and don't let me win. I don't need your help. We are going to live in a place where its not too hot or cold, and in a house thats not to big or small. Our kids will be amazingly talented and gorgeous, of course. I prefer 4 or less, so pick a number around there. I will be your biggest fan & your biggest support. You are going to be the most amazing person I know. I look forward to spending all time and eternity with my best friend. P.S. We will rarely get in fights... but when we do, we'll make up for it. oh P.S. I will never be wrong, but say on one occasion I am, I'll make it up to you all night long.
& you have to be older and taller. PROTECT ME!

Love, Morgan ___________ (I hope you have a good last name)"

Wee bit embarrassed to even share this!

We were dying.
It's a good thing Scott is everything I ever wanted.. or that would be an awkward letter.

xoxo.

watt's up

I'm forever a sucker for dewy skin.

Yeah, drinking water, moisturizer, the right foundation, and exfoliating gives you that natural dewy skin,
but sometimes you just need some extra oomph.

I'm in loooooove with this highlighter, Watt's Up, and it's what gave me the perfect skin for my temple pictures.

Most of the highlighters I've tried I haven't liked, because they have too much glitter & shine, and make me look like I have oily skin. This one does none of that and blends insanely well. I'm so addicted that I use it every day & it instantly boosts my skin like no other product does.

Here's a perfect picture to show where the highlighter should be applied (all the white areas).
1. Apply to the tops of your cheekbones in a wide 'U' up towards your temple.
2. Apply a small amount to the forehead. I don't put the highlighter as big as the picture shows. I put it half as high, at the most.
3. Apply a small and thin line to the top of your nose, straight up and down.
4. Use finger application to apply some right under the arch of your brows.
5. Dab a tiny bit just about the lips on the skin. This will give your lips a full and luminous look.
6. Apply a small amount of highlighter in the middle of the chin.
